Made by hand in the hills of Afrin, our Za'atar blend carries the warmth of a Kurdish morning straight to your breakfast table. Our aunt carefully handpicks the za'atar leaves and combines them with sumac, sea salt, and sesame seeds. It gives an earthy, tangy, nutty and full of character taste. 

In Kurdish and Levantine tradition, zait ou zaatar (olive oil and za'atar) has graced breakfast tables for generations. Dip your bread first in Dahly olive oil, ten into the blend. Or spoon it over labneh for something truly special.
